Own and maintain a healthy, well-prioritized product backlog that the engineering team can rely on every single sprint
Prepare and facilitate refinement sessions (groomings), sprint planning, and reviews
Translate product ideas, stakeholder input, and user feedback into clear, well-scoped user stories with crisp acceptance criteria
Partner closely with the product lead to shape priorities, balance trade-offs, and keep the roadmap moving
Support the product lead to transfer requirements from users, support, and analytics to sharpen requirements and validate decisions
Act as the day-to-day bridge between product lead, stakeholders, engineering, design, and QA — making sure everyone has the context they need
Track sprint progress, surface blockers early, and help the team stay focused on what matters
Be a vital part of an Agile team
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role (Product Manager, Business Analyst with PO responsibilities, etc.)
Solid command of Scrum/Agile frameworks and hands-on experience running the full PO toolkit (backlog management, refinements, sprint planning, story writing)
Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria that engineers actually enjoy picking up
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable translating between business, design, and engineering
A structured, detail-oriented working style and the ability to keep multiple workstreams organized in parallel
Experience with backlog and collaboration tools such as Jira or similar
Conveniently making data-informed decisions and asking the right questions when data is missing
English working proficiency
German language skills are a strong plus and will give you a real edge in this role
Experience in dentistry, general healthcare or medtech would be considered an advantage
Basic familiarity with technical concepts (APIs, microservices, web platforms) is a plus
